Today was the kind of day that reminds me why I started this trip! The weather was perfect. The scenery was great and the roads were good. Just a perfect riding day.
I started in Vermont and the first gas stop was in Montpelier, the state Capitol. Montpelier is the smallest state Capitol with a population of less than eight thousand. It’s fun to see downtown, the entire government area is about four blocks.
Next came New Hampshire, the Granite state. The state symbol is “The old man in the mountain” which is a natural outcropping with the profile of an old man. Unfortunately about ten years ago the rocks fell from the mountain. Crap happens!
Maine is mountainous and green. I traveled on both I-95 and US-1 today and thought if I turned south I could be home in just a few days. With only 14 states to go I put those thought of my head quickly

I looked everywhere and could not find left or right sex.
